1. No Refund Policy

We offer digital services (website development, domain, and hosting), which means once an order is placed and work has started, we do not provide refunds under any circumstances.

2. Payment Terms

• 50% advance payment is required before work begins.
• Remaining 50% must be paid before final website handover.
• Payments are non-refundable as they cover time, effort, and resources used in building the website.

3. Project Cancellations

• If a client chooses to cancel after work has started, no refund will be issued.
• If a client fails to provide necessary details within 10 days of order placement, the project will be considered abandoned, and no refund will be given.

4. Renewal Policy

• After 1 year, website renewal costs ₹5,000 per year (includes hosting & domain).
• If the client does not renew, the website will be deactivated after expiry, and data may be deleted permanently.
• No refunds will be given for non-renewal.

5. Modifications & Extra Charges

• Any extra modifications after final approval will be chargeable.
• Adding extra pages will be charged at ₹500 per page.

6. Dispute Resolution

All disputes will be handled under the jurisdiction of Alwar, Rajasthan.
